What is Tadawink?
A small digital gift: an animated 3D object with a personal card. The recipient opens it in the browser, no app needed.
How much does it cost?
Every gift costs €1. Premium variations and extras cost €0.50 each. These are final prices including taxes.
Can I plan a gift for later?
Yes, for free. Choose a date up to 30 days ahead, a time and the recipient's time zone. With a link, the gift stays wrapped until then.
Can I change or cancel a planned gift?
Yes. Use the link in your order confirmation. Until 15 minutes before delivery you can change the time or cancel with a full refund.
In which languages can I send a card?
You choose the card language. The recipient sees the page in that language. We add more languages once native speakers have checked them.
How long can the gift be opened?
One year from delivery. After that we delete the card, the voice message and the handwritten note. You can delete it earlier at any time.
What happens to my voice recording?
We only use it for your gift. Only people with the link can play it. It is deleted together with the gift.
How can I pay?
Payment is handled by Stripe. You see the available payment methods on the next page.
I received a gift I did not want. What can I do?
Use the report link at the bottom of the gift page. We check every report.
