Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniel Kurdoghlian (Pushing Pixels), Malmögasse 16, 1100 Wien, Österreich, phone: +43 650 8520015, email: hallo@tadawink.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://tadawink.com/en/withdraw/. You find the link "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page and on the page where you manage your gift. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early end of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal ends early as soon as we have delivered or unlocked the gift. This only applies if, before ordering, you expressly agreed that we start before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. We confirm your agreement in the order confirmation email (§ 18(1) no. 1 and no. 11 Austrian FAGG).

What this means for you:

• With immediate delivery, your right of withdrawal ends at delivery right after payment.
• With scheduled delivery, you can withdraw until delivery, but no later than 14 days after the contract was concluded.

These notes are not part of the withdrawal policy.

If you withdraw, you pay nothing for what we have already provided. When you withdraw, we delete the gift's content.

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you can cancel a scheduled gift until 15 minutes before delivery using your manage link. You then get the full amount back, even after the 14 days.
