Content from senders

Names, messages, handwriting and voice messages on a card come from the person who sent the gift. That person is responsible for them. Every card has a link to report it at the bottom. You can also send notices to hallo@tadawink.com. We review every report ourselves and decide promptly. We block unlawful content (Art 16 DSA). Section 5 of the terms has the details.

If you have questions or complaints, write to hallo@tadawink.com. You can also contact the Internet Ombudsstelle free of charge (www.ombudsstelle.at). We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution.
